Who runs this site
IndexFix Tools (indexfixtools.com) is made by the SpeedyIndex team and operated by VS Nettipalvelu, Helsinki, Finland. Questions about privacy: support@speedyindex.com.
Data you paste or upload
Text you paste and files you choose (Search Console exports, server logs, URL lists, robots.txt files) are processed by JavaScript in your browser. They are not sent to us and are not stored.
Online checks
Three tools can download a public address for you: the robots.txt tester, the sitemap import in the sitemap generator and the redirect check in the redirect map generator. The address you enter is sent to our server, which downloads it once as IndexFixBot and returns the answer to your browser. If our server cannot reach the site, your browser may try to load the address directly. We do not store the addresses or the answers. Only public http and https addresses are fetched.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the requested address, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Our server uses your IP address only in memory, to limit the number of online checks per minute.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. When you close the cookie notice, your browser's local storage remembers it; nothing is sent to us.
Links to other sites
Links to SpeedyIndex, Telegram and Google documentation lead to sites with their own privacy policies. Links to SpeedyIndex include campaign tags (utm parameters) in the address, so SpeedyIndex can see which page you came from.
Legal basis and your rights
We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can ask what data about you we hold, ask for it to be deleted or object to processing by writing to support@speedyindex.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
